On rare occasions, a particular email client may unavailable for testing. This can be due to technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances. When this happens, Direct Mail will stop checking the affected email client for screenshots and will display an "unavailable” badge in the design test results window. In most cases, the issue is temporary, and retrying the design test a short time later will be successful.
