Checking your message for broken links and other issues

Direct Mail can automatically check your message for broken (or inaccessible) links and a variety of other issues.

To check your message for issues:

  1. In the Messages tab, select the message you want to check
  2. Choose Message > New Spam Test from the menu bar at the top of the screen (or click the Spam Test button in the toolbar)

Broken links will be shown in the "Broken Links" section of the report. Other issues that Direct Mail identifies will be shown in the "Other Issues" section.

After making changes, you can re-test your message by clicking the re-test button in the toolbar.
