Questo articolo di aiuto è per una versione precedente di Direct Mail.
Whether you plan on sending every day or just every once in a while, we have a billing plan that will meet your needs. You can change your plan at any time, and you are never locked into a contract.
Unlimited Plan
This is a great plan for customers who plan on sending at least once a month or who want access to all of Direct Mail's features.
Customers on this plan are able to access every feature of Direct Mail, including email open and click tracking, cloud syncing, subscribe forms, autoresponders, design tests, and more.
Customers on this plan can send as many emails as they need to their subscribers for one low monthly rate. The monthly rate is determined not by how many emails you send, but by the size of your mailing list. The size of your mailing list is calculated based on how many unique email addresses you send to in a month.

Pay Per Email Plan
This is a great plan for customers who plan on sending only occasionally, or who want access to all of Direct Mail's features.
Customers on this plan are able to access every feature of Direct Mail, including email open and click tracking, cloud syncing, subscribe forms, autoresponders, design tests, and more.
Customers on this plan purchase blocks of email credits (think of credits like a book of postage stamps) at any time, and then spend those credits when they send out an email campaign. One email costs one credit. Credits never expire, and you only pay for what you use.

SMTP Plan
This plan is for customers that already manage their own SMTP infrastructure.
Customers on this plan can send email via their company SMTP server (Google Workspace, Exchange, and Office 365 accounts are also supported). There are no limits imposed by Direct Mail on the amount of email you can send. Please be aware that your mail server administrator may limit the amount of email you're allowed to send.
Customers on this plan have access to most, but not all of Direct Mail's features.
