Linking email campaigns to Daylite

Spiacenti, questo articolo di supporto non è al momento tradotto in italiano. Se lo desideri, puoi provare una traduzione basata su Google.

Questo articolo di aiuto è per una versione precedente di Direct Mail.

Direct Mail can link email campaigns back to the recipients in Daylite. Here's how to enable linking:

  1. Make sure both Direct Mail and Daylite are running on your computer.
  2. Choose Window > Integrations from the menu bar.
  3. Select Daylite in the list on the left
  4. Check the "Link email campaigns reports to Daylite and assign category" box

Now, each time you send an email campaign out, Direct Mail will link a note to each Daylite contact who has an email address that matches one of your email's recipients.

Linking Past Campaigns

The steps listed above enable linking for campaigns you will send in the future, but will not link campaigns that you have already sent. If you would like to link campaigns that you have already sent (but that did not get linked to Daylite for any reason), here's how:

  1. Choose Window > Integrations from the menu bar.
  2. Select Daylite in the list on the left
  3. Click the "Link Past Reports" button. Note that this button will be disabled if the "Link email campaign reports to Daylite" checkbox is not checked.

Any campaigns that have not already been linked to Daylite will be linked.

Linking Autoresponders

Autoresponder campaigns are not automatically linked to Daylite. You can manually link your autoresponder to Daylite at any time:

  1. Choose Window > Integrations from the menu bar.
  2. Select Daylite in the list on the left
  3. Click the "Link Past Reports" button. Note that this button will be disabled if the "Link email campaign reports to Daylite" checkbox is not checked.

Any autoresponder recipients that have not been linked already will be linked to Daylite.
